This cheese spread is fantastic rolled up in chicken or as a dip.

 

  • 8 TBSP Cajun coolness
  • 2 Jalapeño peppers, seeded, finely diced
  • 2 Packages (16 oz total) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 stick butter, softened

 

  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl.
  2. Let rest for a few hours to allow flavors to blend.
