CaBoom! Taco Soup PDF Print E-mail

Ingredients:

  • 2 16 oz jars CaBoom salsa
  • 1 48 oz can beef broth
  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 2 Tbsp CaBoom! Chili Fixins
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • Tortilla chips

 Instructions:

  1. Brown gounrd beef.
  2. Drain and return to skillet.
  3. Add the CaBoom! Chili Fixins and water.
  4. Stir until moister is cooked away.
  5. In a soup pot add beef broth, sals and prepared meat.
  6. Bring to a simmer for 15 minutes.
  7. Serve with crunched torilla chips and shredded cheese.
  8. Top with a dollop of sour cream.
