Hearty, filling and all around manly describe this stew.  It'll get you through the long winter nights.

Inredients:

• 2 lbs Beef Stew Meat diced.  (Tri-Tip works great)
• 2 16 ounce jars of CaBoom! Black Bean & Corn Salsa 
• 6 Tablespoons CaBoom! Chili Fixins' 
• 3 Cups of water
• 2 lbs Package frozen diced hash browns
• Shredded cheese
• sour cream
• Tortilla chips (to garnish)

 Instructions:

1. In a large deep skillet fry the stew meat until it is browned.
2. Add the 6 TBS of Chili Fixins' and the water.
3. Stir and let come to a boil.
4. Add the 2 jars of salsa and mix thoroughly.
5. (if you want a little thicker gravy, stir in a little more Chili Fixins') 
6.  When it comes back to a boil add the frozen hash browns and bring back to a simmering boil.
7. Place in bowls and garnish with the shredded cheese and sour cream.
8. Serve with tortilla strips.
