Armageddon Beef Jerky Marinade |

From the Armageddon Jerky Co. this smokin' hot beef jerky recipe that will definitely make you stand up and take notice! Makes enough for 4-5 lbs fresh meat.
Ingredients:
- 2 Cups Soy Sauce
- 1/2 Cup Water
- 3/4 Cup Worcestershire
- 3/4 Cup Apple Juice
- 1/4 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
- 3/4 Cup Frank’s (Hot Sauce)
- 1/4 Cup Liquid Smoke
- 3 Tablespoons Whole Black Peppercorns (Ground in a Spice Grinder)
- 12 Cloves (Grind the Cloves With Your Peppercorns)
- 1 Tablespoon Kosher Slat
- 2 Tablespoons Habanero Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Triple X Savina (This Is a Very Hot Habanero Powder)
- 2 Tablespoons Chipotle Powder
- 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
- 1 Cup Chopped Fresh Garlic
Instructions:
- Mix everything together until sugar and salt have dissolved.
- Marinate meat for 24 hours.
- Sprinkle a light coating of triple X savina on both sides of the meat slices as you place them in the dehydrator trays.
