From the Armageddon Jerky Co. this smokin' hot beef jerky recipe that will definitely make you stand up and take notice! Makes enough for 4-5 lbs fresh meat.

 

 
Ingredients:
  • 2 Cups Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 Cup Water
  • 3/4 Cup Worcestershire
  • 3/4 Cup Apple Juice
  • 1/4 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 3/4 Cup Frank’s (Hot Sauce)
  • 1/4 Cup Liquid Smoke
  • 3 Tablespoons Whole Black Peppercorns (Ground in a Spice Grinder)
  • 12 Cloves (Grind the Cloves With Your Peppercorns)
  • 1 Tablespoon Kosher Slat
  • 2 Tablespoons Habanero Powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Triple X Savina (This Is a Very Hot Habanero Powder)
  • 2 Tablespoons Chipotle Powder
  • 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
  • 1 Cup Chopped Fresh Garlic
 
Instructions:
  1. Mix everything together until sugar and salt have dissolved.
  2. Marinate meat for 24 hours.
  3. Sprinkle a light coating of triple X savina on both sides of the meat slices as you place them in the dehydrator trays.
